Deburring of stamped parts
At the BlechExpo 2021 in Stuttgart, MAW Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH will show a new transfer brush deburring machine BS-ECO from the Swiss machine builder René Gerber AG. This powerful deburring machine offers a perfect entry into precision deburring of stamped and fineblanked parts in medium and large series. With its planar precision brush system, the BS_ECO can remove burrs in seconds and round sharp edges evenly over the entire workpiece contour.
Preparing the cutting edge
The cutting edge of punching tools is increasingly becoming the focus of attention when considering the cost-effectiveness of punching processes. After all, a consistently stable cutting edge ensures a long die service life and thus less setup work in the diecutting store. With the BP-Smart brush-polishing machine from Gerber, we show how quickly and easily even complex tool cutting edges in the punching and fineblanking area can be prepared with micro-precision.
Polishing forming tools
In our showcase we will show you examples of the possibility of fine polishing of forming tools by means of micro vibratory finishing technology. With this technology it is possible to polish forming tools made of tool steel or hard metal inside and outside to a high gloss.
